Gluten-Free Snickerdoodles PDF Print E-mail
1cup butter
11/2 cups granulated sugar
2 eggs
3 cups gluten-free flour mixture
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 gluten free baking powder
2 tsp cream of tarter
1/4 salt
2 tbsp. granulation sugar
2 tbsp. cinnamon
Whip together butter, 11/2 cups of sugar and egg thoroughly.
Sift together flour mixture, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cream of tarter. Blend into creamed mixture

In a small bowl, stir together 2tbsp of sugar and cinnamon. Shape dough into 1 inch balls and roll in cinnamon sugar . Bake at 400 degrees on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 8 minutes or until the bottoms are lightly browned. Yield 6 dozen cookies
