Gluten-Free Pizza Dip PDF Print E-mail


8 oz package cream cheese, soft (OK to use fat free)
½ c sour cream
1 tsp oregano
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp cayenne
½ c pizza sauce (we use Ragu)
½ c chopped pepperoni
¼ c sliced green onion
¼ c chopped green pepper
½ c (2 ounce) mozzarella

Preheat oven to 350.  In small mixer bowl, beat together first five ingredients.  Spread evenly in 9 or 10” quiche pan or pie plate. 
Spread pizza sauce over top.  Sprinkle pepperoni, onion and green pepper. 
Bake in 350 degree oven for 10 minutes.  Top with cheese and bake 5 minutes more, or until cheese is melted and dip is heated through.
Serve with fresh veggies (green and red pepper strips look great), crackers or corn chips.  Makes 1 ½ cups or 12 servings.
