Gluten-Free Peanut Butter Crunch Bars PDF Print E-mail


1/2 cup butter
16oz jar of Smucker's natural peanut butter
3-3/4 cup of powdered sugar
3 cups GF corn flakes cereal (crushed into small pieces)
16oz pkg of semi-sweet chocolate chips
You may line a 13x9 pan with foil for easier removal from pan. Lightly coat pan or foil with cooking spray. 
Melt butter in saucepan over low heat or in microwave. Blend peanut butter and powdered sugar in large bowl. Stir in melted butter and cereal. Press evenly into pan. Melt chocolate chips in saucepan over low heat or melt in the microwave (stirring every 30 seconds). Pour over bars. Set at room temp until firm enough to cut or about 3 hours. Remove from pan using the edge of the foil. Cut out bars or leave in and cut. Store in fridge loosely covered.
