Gluten-Free Chocolate Bon-Bons PDF Print E-mail


18 oz. jar extra crunchy Jif peanut butter
 2 tbsp. butter
 2 cup powdered sugar
1 12oz package semi-sweet chocolate chips
Mix this together and make in to balls.  Put in refrigerator and chill.  Melt chocolate chips and about an inch of paraffin wax over hot water.  (Shave the wax into the chips.)  Dip the peanut butter balls into the chocolate mixture and chill.
Freezes well.
